TRIO World Academy organized a ceremony to honour its support staff who have served the school for five, ten and fifteen years respectively, at its Sahakarnagar Campus in Bengaluru on 8th July 2023.
The support staff from different teams including housekeeping, transport, security, childcare, and kitchen were felicitated with long service awards and gifts. Fun activities were organized for the staff, who attended the event with their loved ones.
Mr. Naveen KM, Managing Director, expressed his gratitude for the support staff and spoke about how vital their roles are in ensuring that the school’s students got a stellar education. “(The support staff’s) impact is the number of students whose lives you have improved. So never think that you are small or that your position is smaller than any of the teachers or administrators here. All roles are equal and important. They are only different. Each of you are doing great things every day”. He also commended the strength of the women on the support staff team and their role as role models for their family.
