At Trio World Academy, our faculty are the heart of our learning community. They are highly qualified educators who embody the values of the IB Learner Profile: open-minded, caring, reflective, and principled. Our teachers inspire inquiry, creativity, and independent thinking, empowering students to become confident global citizens.

Our diverse team of educators comes from varied cultural and professional backgrounds, bringing rich global perspectives into the classroom. This diversity enhances our IGCSE and IB frameworks, enabling students to develop international-mindedness, critical thinking, and strong communication skills. With a low student-teacher ratio, our teachers provide personalised attention, nurturing each child’s strengths while supporting their individual learning journeys. Our faculty holds the highest standards for themselves and those they educate. They are responsible for cultivating curiosity and wonder. Most classes at Trio have Teaching Assistants who are promoted to teachers after gaining sufficient experience, fostering a culture of teamwork and coordination.

Faculty Development Programmes are conducted year-round with experts from relevant fields. Our teachers bring rich experiences from international schools in India and abroad. Several of our IB teachers also serve as official IB examiners, ensuring world-class assessment standards.
